Merrick parents and guardians,
We are well into our school year and preparing for Phase 2, Hybrid Learning. We will continue to monitor our citywide and surrounding community’s COVID rates as increases may delay our transition into hybrid learning.

It has been a few months since our last survey was sent out regarding school reopening. We understand that some of our families' needs and thoughts concerning in-person learning may have changed since September. We are asking parents and guardians to complete this survey to reflect your current needs. This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. While lengthy, the information is very important. We want to make sure we plan with our family's needs in mind.

As we begin scheduling student cohorts, we will keep siblings and the same household students in mind. We will need a completed survey for EACH student enrolled in Merrick Academy.

We will be scheduling a community meeting in the next few weeks to share information about schedules, daily school operations, and health and safety measurements.

Thank you for your continued partnership!
