The Downtown 2040 Master Plan recommends a playground be installed at Riverfront Park. The playground is slated to be built summer/fall of 2019 via public-private partnership. If the City decided to build the playground on the end of the park opposite the spray fountain (Waterstone Pizza side), would you support this endeavor?
