Luskin Senior Exit Survey (2026)

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Luskin Senior Exit Survey. The purpose of the survey is to collect information about how best to keep in touch with you after you graduate and about your plans for next year. We look forward to celebrating your accomplishments and milestones as you move beyond UCLA, and to inviting you to Luskin events!

The Luskin Senior Exit Survey consists of two parts: post-UCLA plans and Luskin alumni engagement. If you choose to complete the survey, you will be asked to answer questions for both sections. If you choose to opt-out of completing the survey, you will be asked to answer two questions about your Luskin alumni engagement preferences.
