Scholarship Application

The Second Annual  Lung Cancer Conference: Catalyzing Change to Address Lung Cancer is offering twenty scholarships for health professionals, allied health professionals, communinty educators, and/or advocates. 

The award is valued at $400, and covers lodging for two nights and mileage reimbursement up to 250 miles. 

Deadline for submission is October 15, 2018. Award recipients will be notified via email by October 19, 2018.
