Dear Parents,
We are required to provide accurate lunch and breakfast counts to our Food Service Management Company in this month for the following month in order to prevent waste.  Therefore, please complete this survey for each of your children's food needs in September by August 27, 2017.  Don't complete the survey if your children are eating breakfast at home and you are packing lunch for them.
