Understanding the Workforce Issues at Play in Skilled Nursing 

The data you and other skilled nursing facility providers in the Lutheran Services in America network share through this survey will support the strongest case we can collectively make with lawmakers and the Administration to ensure that changes to the skilled nursing facility regulatory landscape truly reflect the reality of the workforce crisis and benefit older adults.
