The Lower Colorado River Watershed Restoration and Access Plan (WRAP) is a plan for the 27 miles of the Lower Colorado River from the Longhorn Dam to Webberville Park in Travis County. The WRAP seeks to enhancing our region's connectivity, ecological health, and vitality by providing new access opportunities to the Colorado river while maintaining its environmental resilience and we need your input!
