The Lose It! challenge is a 8 week program to improve health and wellness. Our goal is to assist wherever possible to the safe and effective enjoyment of fitness, health, and wellness for The University of the South Pacific community. 

With the guidance of a training program offered by Fitness Trainers, a one-hour free session twice a week will be provided for all the participants. The participant can join the fitness program every Monday and Wednesday from 5pm-6 pm at the USP Indoor Gym. This is not a compulsory work out session rather to help participant to be on track.

This is a challenge and there will be a winner.
1 st Prize - $500 (Cash)
2 nd Prize - $300 (Cash)
3 rd Prize - $200 (Cash)

Compulsory Weigh-In Dates  
Initial Weigh-In: 29th March  Monday at 8.00 am till Thursday 1st April at 3.00 pm
First Weigh-In: 26th April Monday  at 8.00 am till Friday 30th April at 3.00 pm
Final Weigh-In 24th May Monday at 8.00 am  till 28th May Friday at 3.30 pm
