Harrison Street Lots - Deed Restriction Change Stakeholder Feedback
Back in 2020, KCPS sold lots along Harrison Ave to RCR Developers (RCR) for the construction of new single-family homes. RCR has since approached the district regarding altering the development plan to include new construction duplexes/twin homes, which are not currently allowed due to a deed restriction. RCR proposes to amend the deed restriction to allow for the construction of duplexes. Please complete this brief survey and share your thoughts on the proposed change.
