We are giving a limited number of schools the opportunity to attend a fabulously funny and festive show on Friday 4th December from 2pm - 3pm at London’s Southbank Centre filled with children’s book superstars.
The Laugh Out Loud Book Awards celebrate the funniest children’s books each year, with winners decided by children’s votes. The winners will be announced between acts from special guests.
Reading for pleasure is at the heart of the Lollies, so we’re delighted to be offering schools the chance to attend the award ceremony in London. It’s so important to us to widen access for children to enjoy this fantastic event that supports reading for pleasure and celebrates children’s favourite funny books.
To enter, vote in the Lollies and simply tell us why you think your pupils should be chosen to attend the Lollies award ceremony. We can’t wait to celebrate funny books together!
Terms and conditions apply. If selected, we will cover £100 towards your school’s travel to the ceremony. If selected, we will let you know how many pupils are able to attend from your school. The award ceremony takes place at London’s Southbank Centre on Friday 4th December from 2pm - 3pm. Competition closing date: 23rd October 2026.
