Annually, you and your neighbors are charged a benefit district assessment, which is listed on your property tax bill.  The annual assessment recommendation is made based on a zone’s annual budget requirement, future capital needs, and bank account balance.

Please note that all benefit districts are unique; some include parks, while others only include landscaping along the length of a street.  When taking the survey, some of the questions asked may not apply to your benefit district.
