  • This highly competitive pilot program will select up to 350 participants for professional coach training focused on resiliency leadership and emotional recovery in high-stress, crisis-response environments. (Broken into categories sworn, retired, mental health professionals, external coaches)
  • Participation in the pilot program provides tuition reduction and potential access to partial or full scholarships based on availability.
  • As a participant of the pilot program you will be required to provide feedback, student insights, and recommendations throughout the program in the form of brief surveys for each training module and mid-program interviews.
  • Selection is based on coaching readiness, motivation, and willingness to commit to the full certification process.
