Legislative Discussions Survey

The Iowa Land Records team is currently working with ESS and ICRA leadership as well as our legislative liaisons from Rafferty Group to pursue some legislative changes on a few different topics during the 2021 legislative session. As part of our efforts to provide knowledge and information to legislators, stakeholders and county supervisors we are asking that Iowa County Recorders help provide their local legislators, stakeholders and county supervisors with information regarding these topics.

We are also asking that Iowa County Recorders share with us any notable comments or questions that come up in these discussions. If you have something to share, use this simple survey form. Feel free to fill out this survey any time you have notable discussion with a legislator, stakeholder or supervisor.

Insights, knowledge and information obtained from this survey will be shared with ICRA Leadership and the Rafferty Group to help inform strategy as we advocate for the legislation. The more we know the better positioned we will be to get this legislation passed. Thank you!
