Please participate in this optional, confidential survey to help us understand the diversity of the Legion community. Your responses will enable us to identify opportunities to strengthen inclusion, remove barriers, lessen stigma, and ensure our programs resonate for everyone.
All responses are confidential. The data will only be accessed by our partners at Empowered EDI and will be reported in aggregate form, with no individuals identified or identifiable in the reporting of the results.
Our intention in asking about your demographic (diversity) profile is to help us understand which groups may experience barriers in participating with the Legion, and to measure whether we're sufficiently removing those barriers over time. You may choose to select "prefer not to say" on any item throughout the survey.
