C.A.R. Legislative Day 2026

Step away from the day-to-day and into the rooms where decisions are made. You’ll spend the day alongside 2,500+ California REALTORS, meeting directly with State Senators and Assemblymembers, advocating for pro-housing solutions that keep the North Bay strong. Legislative Day is our most important opportunity make sure lawmakers understand the real-world impact of housing policy on our businesses, clients, and communities.
  • Morning briefing with VIP keynote (TBD)
  • Legislative luncheon at Cafeteria 15L with REALTORS® from 6 Region IV associations
  • Meet with State Senators (McGuire, Cabaldon) and Assemblymembers (Rogers, Connolly, Aguiar-Curry)
  • Round-trip private charter with pizza and refreshments on the way home
  • Arriving Tuesday? The Legislative Block Party is at 6:00pm - a fantastic party with our State representatives and plenty of food and fun!
WHEN, HOW, HOW MUCH? NorBAR is pleased to provide this important experience free for REALTORS® and at a 50% reduced cost for Affiliate members. While seats remain, each registration includes bus transportation, the legislative lunch, and pizza on the trip home.

Please note that tickets are LIMITED for the charter/bus and legislative lunch. We will post a notice at the top of this survey when lunch and bus tickets are exhausted.
  • March 2-15: REALTOR® priority registration
  • March 16-27: Open registration
  • Affiliate Members ($100): To sign up, contact our office at info@nba.realtor (no affiliate registration via this survey). Tickets must be paid in-full via before March 28.
  • March 28-April 6: Any additional seating/tickets opened up.
TRANSPORTATION: Ride together on the private charter and leave the logistics to us! We have secured an airporter bus again - an easy, relaxed way to connect with colleagues before and after meetings. Prefer to drive? That’s fine too.

FIRST-TIME? NorBAR welcomes first-time attendees! C.A.R. requires first-timers attend a 30-min introduction webinar on April 21 at 10:00am OR April 22 at 2:00pm. If you cannot attend either, unfortunately, C.A.R. will cancel the registration. Please note this is after the NorBAR cancellation deadline, so a refund will not be available.

7.Region IV Legislative Lunch (seating is limited): Cafeteria 15L (included in the registration fee): We’ll be enjoying a nice buffet lunch together. If you have allergies or dietary needs, please plan ahead and take care in selecting what works best for you.(Required.)

9.Acknowledgement: NorBAR is proud to heavily subsidize our members' Legislative Day experience; however, late cancellations are very costly and eliminate opportunities for other members to attend.
