Thanks for helping to preserve Pinehaven's history of unsung heros!
For decades, Pinehaven cabin owners have volunteered to serve on the Association’s Board of Directors, hold officer positions, lead or participate on committees, and accept other designated ongoing service opportunities and responsibilities.
We have compiled a historical record of that service from the surviving Association board and annual membership meeting minutes dating from 1988 through 2026 (nearly 500 pages). Because some records were not preserved and others contain incomplete information, the draft may omit individuals, dates, positions, or committee assignments.
Please take a few minutes to open and review the document linked below. After reviewing it, use this form to tell us about:
- A board member, officer, committee member, or other designated leader who is not identified in the record.
- An incorrect or incomplete year, position, or committee assignment
- Upload any meeting minutes, newsletters, photographs, or other documentation that could help verify, expand, or enlarge the record.
Our goal is not to identify every person who has ever volunteered in Pinehaven. Rather, it is to preserve the most accurate record possible of those who served in the Association’s documented board, officer, committee, and leadership roles.
Every correction, missing name, and shared document will help ensure that Pinehaven’s leadership history is preserved and readily availagle as fully and accurately as possible.
Step 1: Open and review or print the draft leadership record at this link

Step 2: Complete the brief form below to suggest any additions, corrections, or to add any documents, or pictures you want to provide for Pinehaven's record. The survey includes just 10 brief questions and should take only a few minutes to complete.
Thank you for helping preserve Pinehaven’s history.
