Learning Community Application (2016-2017)

The Community Action Partnership’s Learning Communities Resource Center (LCRC) is excited to announce the launch of the newest round of the Learning Community Project, an innovative and collaborative approach to helping your organization improve outcomes!                                      

This online application allows you to select the Learning Community Group (LCG) which your agency is interested in joining. Then there are opportunities to tell us more about your agency and the programs you offer, how your current efforts relate to the LCG topic area, and what you hope to learn and improve on as a result of participation.

Participation in an LCG is on an agency basis, not an individual basis, and thus you will be asked to enter the information for the agency team that will be participating. Additionally, you will need to download this commitment letter to be signed by the agency Executive Director, and scanned or faxed to Sonji Dawson Johnson (sjohnson@communityactionpartnership.com) or 202-449-9787.

Note that the National Poverty Trends and the Decreasing Family Homelessness groups are Open and the application will only require your contact information and selection of the respective group from the drop down.

If you are interested in being a FOLLOWER of any of the Learning Community Groups, please enter your contact information and which groups you are interested in following and we will be in touch with you accordingly.
