This 2019 pricing survey explores rates and pricing trends for law firms.  It addresses rate issues across the matter lifecycle such as discounting patterns, write-downs, write-offs, and other areas where pricing issues occur.  It reviews progress being made in alternative fee structures (AFAs) and new approaches to client value.
