Washington Small Forest Landowner Forest Management & Road Maintenance Survey:

This survey is intended for small forest landowners who own forest land in Washington State. Information will be collated in a general manner and not specific to individuals or parcel numbers.

In order to better serve you and your interests regarding your forest land, the Small Forest Landowner Office (SFLO) would like to gather some information about you and your forestland. This information will help us identify the resources needed to better support you in your forestry interests.

This survey takes only 5 minutes to complete. Although we ask a few questions about acres, distances, etc., you may use general estimations and your best recollection when answering these questions.
