Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor for the 2025 Lakeside Leadership Program! We appreciate your willingness to invest in the personal and professional development of young adults in our community. We aim to create the best possible mentor-mentee pairings based on shared interests and availability.

Given the wonderful generosity of Lakeside and the eagerness of the community to invest in its young adults, we expect to receive more mentor applications than we can accommodate. While we’re grateful for every application, our goal is to make the best match possible for both mentors and mentees. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on the mentor pairing. Although we may not be able to select everyone for a mentoring role this year, we plan to create additional opportunities for those interested in engaging with the cohort through events during the program.
