La Crosse Age-Friendly Community Survey

Thank you for participating in the City of La Crosse’s and AARP's Age-Friendly Community Survey. The data will inform future decision-making on how the City can create a more livable community for aging populations.  In a livable age-friendly community, people have access to resources that enhance personal independence, allows residents to age in a comfortable place; and ultimately foster residents' engagement in the community's civic, economic, and social life.  Your feedback is of utmost importance to the City of La Crosse and will shape future policies.  All individual responses will be kept confidential.  This survey will take approximately 13 minutes to complete and has 29 questions.
