**SI Students can attend the first week only or both weeks.

Full Intensive = JULY 23 - August 3 (2 weeks of classes; M - F, 10am - 4:30pm), FREE participation in LACDC audition on Saturday, July 28th and involvement in closing Summer Studio Performance on Friday, August 3rd.

NOTE: The intensive is taught at a pre-professional / professional level and is recommended for Advanced Dancers with a minimum of 3 -5 years of training in Modern, Ballet, and/or Jazz. It is NOT recommended for dancers who are new to contemporary dance or are looking for an introduction to modern or contemporary technique. The classes are fast-paced and rigorous, with a focus on pushing advanced dancers to the next level in the technical skill and performance abilities.

A portion of the registration fee is non-refundable. For 2-week registration, $100 of the fee is non-refundable. For 1-week registration, $50 is non-refundable.

If a student must cancel their registration due to a conflict or not attend the program due to an unforeseen circumstances such as illness or injury, LACDC must be given written notice by email to Director, Jamila Glass, at jamila@lacontemporarydance.org.

Cancellations or withdrawals from the program made by May 31, 2018 will be fully refunded minus the $100 non-refundable portion for 2-week participants and the $50 non-refundable portion for 1-week participants.

Cancellations or withdrawals made after May 31, 2018 will receive a 50% refund. 
After July 22, 2018, there will be NO refunds.

There will be no exceptions made to this policy in the event of a cancellation or unforeseen circumstance.

**Checks must be dated and postmarked before April 1st for the Early Bird rates to apply.**

REGISTRATION: Space in the program is limited to 50 students and tends to fill quickly. Your registration is not complete until tuition is paid in full. Please be sure to complete your payment through Paypal or by Check to confirm your space in the program. The "Early Bird" rates only apply to students who send payment before April 1st. You will receive an email from LACDC confirming your registration once payment has been received.

HOUSING & TRANSPORTATION: Please note when making plans that housing and transportation are not provided by LACDC and are the responsibility of the student. 

LOCATION: Classes will take place at Brockus Project Space at 618 B Moulton Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90031, located near downtown L.A. The studio is accessible by bus from Union Station, and accessible by car from the 5 freeway at the Main St. exit.
