Thank you for taking time to share your experiences with the 2010 Summer Reading Program. Take your time and please be thoughtful in your responses. We use the information in this survey to write our annual report. Our ability to support and assist libraries throughout Kentucky is dependent on our success in demonstrating successful and worthwhile programs that have positive impacts on the lives of individuals in our communities. I believe that no program exemplifies this more than our annual Summer Reading Programs.
Your responses will also be of great value to us as we plan next year's program. Your data will be used to determine the amount of promotional materials KDLA will purchase for your library next year. Your feedback will also be used by the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP) in developing materials for future programs.
