Since the beginning of the pandemic, Kin Canada Operations has been using Microsoft 365, specifically Microsoft Teams, to stay connected virtually. We are pleased to be able to offer one Microsoft 365 license to every Kin Canada club!

Having access to this software will make it easier to meet, collaborate, and share files in a virtual space.

Benefits to your club include:
  • A professional looking generic club email address (e.g. anytownkin@kincanada.ca) that can be forwarded to the member(s) who monitor email for your club
  • Access to a “Team” where you can add your members
  • You can create “Channels” to keep different topics/projects organized
  • Your club can share and store files easily and all members can view and edit them simultaneously
  • You can invite members and guests to a meeting, share your screen, and even record your meeting
  • You can take advantage of the chat feature to get in touch with anyone else in the Association who has a @kincanada.ca email address (i.e. other clubs, staff, district executive, committee members, etc.)
This is a fully free and optional resource that is being offered. Your club does not need to take part or can choose to only use one or some of the functions available.

Note, this registration is typically checked weekly, please allow up to 7 days to receive confirmation of your MS Teams license.
