Keynote Proposal - General Information
Thank you for your interest in becoming a keynote speaker for the WRPA Midyear and/or Annual Conference. Please take a moment to review all of this information BEFORE you submit your entry.
Keynote proposals are recruited on a rolling basis and submissions are encouraged throughout the year.
The information requested in the following form is necessary to ensure the Conference Education Committee (CEC) has the appropriate information when reviewing the proposals for selection and to ensure that WRPA can approve your proposed keynote for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) if selected.
Keynote proposals must be submitted electronically for consideration using this format.
All of the information on the following pages must be completed and submitted no later than Wednesday, February 1, 2012 to be considered for the 2012 Mid-Year Conference and/or the 2013 Annual Conference. Submissions received after that date will be considered for future conferences.
Please note, once you begin entering your data, you must complete the entire entry. Partial entries will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT: The system does not allow you to save your entry as you go. It is recommended that you view the proposal template available on the WRPA website at:

before you begin entering your information. You may find it easier to prepare your entries in advance and then cut and paste them into this form.
