The Town of Kapuskasing and the Townships of Moonbeam, Opasatika and Val-Rita Harty partnered to launch a FLEX Shuttle service in October 2019. This four year pilot project received funding from the Province of Ontario as a way to provide mobility that connects residents of these communities along the Trans-Canada Highway. In April 2020, the service temporarily expanded until June 26th 2020 to provide a grocery delivery services to help respond to physical distancing needs from COVID-19.

As part of our goal to continually improve the service, we would like to hear from our residents about the FLEX Shuttle and grocery delivery service. Whether you use the service or not, your opinion is important to us and will help us make future improvements, with the goal of turning the pilot into a permanent mobility and delivery option for our residents.
