Junior Dolphins is a Swimming WA and Swimming Australia pilot programme designed for young swimmers transitioning from a swim school or wanting to experience swimming in a fun, enjoyable way. The programme is for swimmers seven years old and younger; and offers a free Swimming WA Membership. The Junior Dolphins programme provides fun 'party' swimming carnivals which Clubs can apply to host.
Clubs can apply to host up to 4 Junior Dolphins Carnivals from October 1st 2015 – September 30th 2016. The carnivals should not be run with additional swimming events, so the focus can be on the introductory carnival for young swimmers to ensure maximum enjoyment. Swimming WA has a set programme of events, which clubs are to follow.

When applying to host a Junior Dolphins Carnival, please ensure it does not coincide with a SWA Meet. Entrants will be able to register online and times achieved by participants are not official. SWA will provide Carnival guidelines for Clubs to follow which include the requirement that a carnival be held on Saturday afternoon or Sunday.
