The Doing Good Leeds directory aims to provide a comprehensive public listing of third sector organisations in Leeds.
Third sector organisations operating in Leeds can add their details to the directory by completing this form.
The Doing Good Leeds directory is based on information held on the Connect Leeds database, which is run in partnership by Voluntary Action Leeds (VAL) and West Yorkshire Community Accounting Service (WYCAS). More information can be found on the "About the directory" page of the Doing Good Leeds website.
Your answers in sections 1 to 5 will appear on the public facing directory. The other information you provide in this form will be held on the database and be available only to the organisations that manage the directory in partnership.
All the questions require an answer (apart from questions 2-4 in section 5, if you don't have a venue).
Once the information you provide has been inputted onto the database, we will let you know by sending an email to the address you provide in section 8.
