The City of Mobile Parks and Recreation Department is developing a master plan for Joe Bailey Park. The master plan will provide a framework for future development of facilities, park improvements and other amenities over the next 15 years. As we begin this process, we are asking you to help us identify issues and concerns as well as what types of future improvements you would like to see at the park.
