The Job Shadow Program offers an opportunity for individuals to experience firsthand the functions of the Oshkosh Fire Department's fire service.

The job shadow program is for persons 18 years and older who are either current members of other public safety departments or pursuing training in these fields and are currently enrolled in a fire/paramedic degree program.
