My name is Jasmyne Howard, and I am a doctoral candidate in the PhD in General Psychology program at Capella University. I am conducting this research as part of my dissertation requirements.
The purpose of this study is to examine whether cultural identity, perceived discrimination, and perceived social support predict self-esteem among women of color.
Participation is voluntary. If you choose to participate, you will first review an informed consent form. After providing consent, you will complete a brief screening questionnaire to determine eligibility. Eligible participants will then complete several questionnaires regarding their experiences and perceptions.
The survey is expected to take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
