All discounts must meet the following criteria.
- The discount must have a statewide appeal and be available to all Florida teachers.
- The discount must not be a limited time offer.
- The discount must be specific to teachers.
- The discount is provided for a product, service or attraction that is of high demand and significant to teachers.
- The discount is not for a service that requires a long-term contract.
- The discount is clearly outlined or expressed.
