WATER AND SEWER BYLAW 200 CONSULTATION

Recently, changes the City of Iqaluit Water and Sewer Bylaw 200 have been proposed.  The proposed changes include provisions that would allow the city to enter into agreements with private companies to provide limited and highly regulated water and sewer services to commercial and/or industrial clients.  This is due, in part, to a number of developments that require more water or sewer services than the city can provide under its current bylaws.  The City wishes to hear from the business community on this issue. We invite you to complete the questionnaire. You can also request a hard copy and return it via email it to t.ernst-doiron@city.iqaluit.nu.ca or drop it off at City Hall by Friday, August 11 at 5:00PM
