Indiana and West Deer Townships are conducting a joint comprehensive plan. A comprehensive plan is a policy document that empowers a community to achieve its vision for the future. Every ten years, Pennsylvania requires each municipality to update their comprehensive plans to align with changing community priorities.

This survey aims to discover and understand what that vision should be. We want to learn from your perspective, lived experiences, preferences and tradeoffs. This 15-20 minute survey is invaluable to making the plan a success and your voice heard!
