The title of this research study is, “Intuition in Recruiters Decision Making Using Audiovisual Interviews: A Qualitative Descriptive Study.”
I am Fenton Moran, a doctoral student under the supervision of Dr. Patricia Fusch in the College of Doctoral Studies at Grand Canyon University. The purpose of this study is to investigate how recruiters use intuition and analytics to make hiring decisions when they interview applicants through video versus in person.
