Thank you for your interest in the Laser Engraving & CorelDRAW Workshop, part of Catalyst Connection's Industry 4.0 Teacher Academy.
Hosted in Catalyst Connection's SkillMill19 Learning Lab, this hands-on workshop introduces educators to the design and manufacturing process behind laser engraving technology. Participants will explore the fundamentals of CorelDRAW, create a simple digital design, and learn how laser engraving systems transform digital files into finished products.
Educators will gain insight into how design software, digital manufacturing, and precision production are used across a variety of industries while exploring the skills and careers connected to these technologies.
By experiencing these technologies firsthand, educators can bring authentic examples, activities, and career connections back to their classrooms, helping students better understand the opportunities available in modern manufacturing and technology.
