The customer will a receive a confirmation and then meet us at the first hotel.

We will send a confirmation to the email supplied requesting any missing info including flight e-ticket. The customer can also access their 'Check in Area' on our website and download our App for more trip information. They will then receive a personal 'Welcome Email' from their Group Leader a week before their start date.

They have to look after themselves.

Unless told otherwise we will book them extra nights at our
