This research is being conducted to further understand workplace performance. If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete the following survey that will take approximately 20 minutes.

There are no foreseeable risks for participating in this research

BENEFITS
There are no direct, personal benefits from participating in this study. Your participation will contribute to the scientific knowledge about organizational psychology.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The information you provide will be confidential. All data will be accessible only to Dr. Eden King and Lisa Gulick. In subsequent research reports, data will be presented so that no individual can be identified by demographic statistics or other identifying information. All researchers have completed GMU’s mandatory training for persons conducting research using human subjects.

PARTICIPATION
Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw from the study at any time and for any reason. If you decide not to participate or if you withdraw from the study, there is no penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled. There are no costs to you or any other party.
