International survey on the management of patients with Kawasaki disease

Introduction and consent

We invite you to participate in this brief 10 minutes survey about how you care for children with Kawasaki disease. Your participation in this research study is voluntary. If you have any questions or concerns about this research project or your role as a research participant, please contact the investigators at KDsurvey@bobeaucoeur.org or the institutional review board at CHU Sainte-Justine (+1 514-345-4749). This survey was designed by David Burgner (Australia), Nagib Dahdah (Canada), Sarah de Ferranti (United States), Audrey Dionne (Canada) and Jane Newburger (United States).

The aim is to capture a global impression of KD management. It is not a test and there are no correct answers. When answering the following questions, please refer to the clinical site where you spend most of your time, when appropriate.
