About this Survey

We want to hear what you think about the new White City inSight newsletter format.

In January 2026, we introduced a new approach that includes monthly digital editions with limited printed copies available at the Town Office, and quarterly printed editions delivered to all households.

Now that you have had an opportunity to experience the new format, we are reviewing whether it continues to meet residents’ needs. Your feedback will help us understand how you read the newsletter, what information is most valuable to you, and where we can make improvements.

Information is collected in accordance with The Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (LAFOIP) and will only be used for the purpose of summarizing community feedback. Individual responses will remain confidential.

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
