We are sending out this survey because contract negotiations are coming up. Taking part in this important survey will give us the best idea of what is important to our members. Below is a list of the Wage and Benefits Package for reference purposes.

IBEW 531 Journeyman Inside Wireman wages per hour $43.50

Health & Welfare $8.35 and HRA $2.84 for a total of $11.19

LU 531 Penion $7.92

Money Purchase Plan (Empower) $9.60

NEBF $1.31 (3% of gross)

Total Wage & Fringe Package $73.52
