In connection with your checked acknowledgment, You grant Alteryx, Inc., its affiliates, successors and assigns (together, “Alteryx”) the right to display, distribute, publish, reproduce and refer to (i) any company names, logos and quotes in connection with Alteryx’s use, posting or distribution; and (ii) the quote, in any format, in whole or in part, without fees or additional permissions, in Alteryx’s marketing activities, posting on Alteryx’s website(s), publishing in materials, social media, showing at events, and presenting at analyst briefings. You represent that you have the authority to agree to the use described above of any company’s name, logo and/or quotes and that no confidential information will be disclosed in the quotes.

You understand and agree that Alteryx will own all copyrights to the qutoes and any other material produced by Alteryx that includes the quotes. You should not expect to receive compensation for usages permitted by this Approval. You may limit or retract this Approval in whole or in part by giving written notice to Alteryx of such limitation or retraction.
