In 2012 at DestinationQ the industry voted ‘Reform’ as one of the highest state-wide priorities. Since the inaugural DQ, the QTIC board has committed to exploring the opportunities and strategies that can help address this priority. The board has been working alongside key industry partners with the objective of “enhancing the tourism industry’s competitiveness, maximising efficiencies, capitalising on our unique natural assets in order to position tourism as the key economic driver for Queensland and therefore future proofing the industry”..
As announced at DestiantionQ 2016, QTIC has invited the industry to join the conversation through a series of forums across the state. To help us better understand your perceptions of the industry can you please complete the following questions.
