The Female Facilities Program is run by the Office for Recreation and Sport, and helps eligible organisations to develop sustainable, functional, inclusive and fit for purpose female change room facilities that meet the current and future needs of the South Australian sporting community.
The Office for Recreation and Sport, in collaboration with Diversity Inclusion, would like to understand your perceptions, of how diverse and inclusive you feel your facilities, and club, sport, or council is.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and all responses will be anonymous. Please note that as the survey is anonymous, it must be completed in one go; you will not be able to log back in and complete it at a later time.
