INCLUSION CHALLENGE

Thank you for taking the Inclusion Challenge for employers! Whether you are just starting to design an inclusive workforce and workplace or you are well on your way, we can be of assistance.

Our goal is to connect Canadian businesses with:

Free information to support your inclusion initiatives;
Free resources and services in your region to assist you in accessing a pool of talented potential candidates; and
Information on the MentorAbility program as an innovative way to assess your recruitment process and workplace culture.

We will also be choosing three (3) employers who make great strides in changing their workplace to be more inclusive by providing them with the CASE/MentorAbility Inclusive Employer award! A virtual ceremony will happen in January 2021, and you will receive a logo that can be posted on your website and used on promotional materials.
