The City of Largo, in partnership with Forward Pinellas and Pinellas County, is planning safety improvements on Clearwater-Largo Road between 8th Avenue South and West Bay Drive.
The purpose is to enhance the safety of all who use Clearwater-Largo Road as well as to improve aesthetics and increase economic opportunities. A focus of the study is to look at options for safety improvements for elementary school children walking and bicycling to school adjacent to Clearwater-Largo Road traffic and an increased number of pedestrians crossing.
