Introduction

This survey is intended to help you build a better alumni (or volunteer driven) organization whether a regional chapter or an affinity group. Please note that throughout the survey we use the term "member" to mean alumni from your educational institution who are part of the organization being assessed. Potential members are those who fit the profile for your organization such as sharing a profession, ethnicity or location. We use the word "alumni" to mean those who have graduated from the educational institution.
After you submit the survey, you will be sent the organization assessment score in a few days.
