IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE FINAL REPORT, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW AND INCLUDE YOUR ORGANIZATION NAME IN THE CONTACT QUESTION. This will ensure that you are eligible to receive the final national and your house report for free when available.
This will help HHN compile best practices on the survey methods moving forward by helping us gauge the success of not just the survey, but the methods applied by our members in their distribution of the survey to their guests.
We won't be able to provide live updates on the returns, but will provide all participating houses with a status update as available while the survey is open.
