PSA Flexible Working Hours and Workload Survey

This survey is to assist the PSA in its current negotiations with icare for a single Flexible Working Hours Agreement.

The PSA has had a number of meetings to discuss the draft agreement.  From those meetings there is a concern that some icare staff may be experiencing excessive workloads and forfeiting hours under their current FWHA.

This survey should take between 5-10 minutes to complete and individual information is confidential.
