IAAP Certification Committee Complaint Form

For those who wish to initiate a complaint against an IAAP Certificant or to formally place a complaint regarding an IAAP Certification Policy. This form provides a secure method to deliver your concerns that will be reviewed by the IAAP Certification Committee's Community Group (CCCG). This is a standing working group that reviews concerns submitted regarding IAAP Certification policies and investigates reports submitted regarding IAAP Certificants.

Regarding reports submitted to the CCCG are shared with a small group of three Certification Committee members and are kept confidential unless it is deemed necessary to make a public statement.
